We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, on our website in order to respond to any queries we receive.
  • We also collect your email address only if you sign up for our newsletter, or as said above, send an enquiry.
  • We also use privacy-focused analytics (hyperlink to matamo) so don’t use cookies, or scripts on our website to track the sites you visit.
  • We will only ask for your account and contact information if you’re in the process of buying something from us, or hiring us for our services.
  • In the instance of us receiving your contact information from a 3rd party e.g. a partner we will protect your information in the same way as if we received it directly.

Why we Value Your Privacy

We value our own privacy very much and so feel it’s only fair to value our customers as well. For this reason, we’re committed to keeping all your information (business and personal) safe. We also only ask for the bare minimum from our customers in terms of information -Given that we ourselves, are also very wary about how much information companies and organisations keep on file. We’ll also never use your information for any reason other than the reason why you gave it and will never give anyone access to this information unless we’re required to do so by law.

We occasionally use your contact information to send you issues of our e-newsletter. However, when we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications, so you will no longer receive them.We might also send an email or phone you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again.We will use your information to send you invoices and reminders/statements.

Who has access to information about you

We will only grant access to your information to the people who need it within our organisation. Which means when we store your information in our systems When we store information in our own systems the project lead will have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual project team members will only have access to what is needed to do their job.

the steps we take to keep your information private

As stated above where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to the team members who need it. The computers we use ask for authentication when ever they’re closed down or restarted or after 5 minutes of inactivity. Our mobile devices are also protected by fingerprint recognition.
